Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET
button on the bottom of your device.
How do I Hard Reset my device?
Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and Right
SOFT KEY, and at the same
time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
Press R and your device will be set back to factory default settings.
How do I enter a bootloader mode and check the
bootloader version of my device?
Hold side OK and POWER
buttons together and reset with stylus. You will see
a tri-color screen and your device will enter a bootloader mode. The number after
SPL- is the bootloader version.
